Diamond OVERALL vinyl emulsion PVA copolymer binder which provides an excellent flow and smooth matte finish.

Suggested use:
Used on surfaces of plaster, concrete, gypsum, bricks and asbestos. Its products can only be prescribed for indoor use.

Surface preparation:
All loose materials and loose plaster, cement, splash, old paint, dust, etc. should be thoroughly cleaned. New plaster / concrete or wall should be completely cured.

Finish: Matte, smooth
Tips:
Pick up the luggage carefully. Mix the ingredients well and apply evenly.
